• Personal training sessions require 24 hours' notice for cancellation without charge
• Group classes require 2 hours' notice for cancellation
• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges
• Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your membership or access to our services immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in inappropriate behaviour, or for any other reason we deem necessary for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and other members. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
